GENERAL INFORMATION

• Once your order is received, it goes through a 3-7 workday processing period, followed by another 3-7 workdays for shipping.

• You may NOT cancel or change your order(s) once your payment has been received

CREDIT CARD FRAUD

• Auntiesgifts.com is a legitimate, honest business and will not tolerate fraud or dishonesty in any way.

• Credit card fraud using Paypal.com is a crime and will be punished to the fullest extend and may put you in jail and with extreme legal fines.

• We will automatically reject all unconfirmed address payments, the buyer must find another method of payment.

• We do not accept payments outside the U.S.

• We have tools of tracking frauders who try to pay with other's credit cards and we will report you to the local law PLUS we will take legal actions of our own.

• To sum this all up: DON'T STEAL, LIE, OR COMMIT FRAUD.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

• Damaged/Defective/Wrong merchandise will be allowed full credit if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, e-mail address, order number and date along with the item number(s) and a brief description of the problem. Also indicate if you would like a refund, replacement of the item, or credit towards other merchandise.

• Merchandise packaging, and inner packs must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

• Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Examples: 1 pr; 3 pc set; 1 dozen; etc. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

• Returns must be shipped prepaid. No CODs will be accepted.

• We will NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

• We will not accept return of non-defective merchandise unless you were shipped an item you did not order.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

• Shipping for orders over $75 is free except for the few items which indicate they may require an additional freight charge. Shipping for orders under $75 is $7 per shipping address except for the few items which indicate they may require an additional freight charge.

• Orders may arrive in split shipments depending on the warehouse the items are shipped from.

• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

• Most orders are shipped UPS Ground and you must have a physical address. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

• Orders take approximately 7-12 business days for customer to receive from the time AFTER Auntiesgifts.com receives the payment.

• When payment is received, orders are processed, and the items are sent to the customer's confirmed address.

• All shipments are fully insured. The carrier used is United Parcel Service (UPS).

• If packages are not signed for and UPS decides to ship back to sender, Auntiesgifts.com has no responsibility for the order. Auntiesgifts.com will not provide a refund or ship the order again if the order is sent back to sender because customer did not sign for them.
